A Veteran and former First Responder, Alistair has experienced for himself the healing power of Mindful Yoga Therapy and is passionate about sharing these teachings and practices with others. Originally designed for Veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), this clinically proven and empirically informed program is now taught to women with eating disorders and war-torn refugees, people in alcohol and drug addiction recovery as well as many others.
