Class Descriptions

ADVANCED FLOW
Stronger level class incorporating arm balances, inversions, backbends & twists. A fun challenging exploration of advanced inspired sequences. A minimum of two years yoga experience is requested. Come join in and have fun!

ALL LEVEL FLOW
A compassionate approach to flowing with the breath through sun salutations, standing, seated, supine and inverted postures. Building gradually allows newer and more advanced students the opportunity to go deeper or relax, honoring the body as needed. Everyone welcome. 

GENTLE RESTORE
A practice that uses slow movement, props and longer holds to stimulate and release body facia. The nature of this practice is meditative, asking us to slow down, turn in and shift from doing to being. 

RADIANT VINYASA
Dynamic sequencing combines breath and fluid movement to build strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration. Discover freedom and playfulness on the mat and in the full practice of life. Active all level class. 

SLOW FLOW
A gentle, slowly paced, floor based class moving with the rhythm of our breath with attention to alignment, support and opening. Wonderful for the body as well as the mind. All levels welcome.

THERAPEUTIC FLOW
An Iyengar based class exploring deeply supported postures and physical movements. Combined with stabilizing approaches and relaxation therapies this is a great class for beginners, those injured or recovering, and senior students. 

QI GONG
Wake up your body and learn to move your Qi with these ancient Chinese exercises. Using posture, breath and movement in a particular form, you can learn to tonify certain organs, augment systems of health, gain and clear energy and change your blood pressure. Using these internal martial arts techniques can bring awareness and healing to certain areas of your body and increase overall health and vitality.

COMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE
Open to everyone wanting a tune-up style treatment, this is designed to help you unwind, find balance, relieve pain and heal from the inside out.  Treatment is approximately 20-40 minutes able to address everything from stress and neck tightness to back pain and fatigue. Walk in's are welcome, come open your third eye, relax your body and strengthen your adrenals during this late afternoon session.
