Class Descriptions

ADAPTIVE FLOW
Start the weekend off right with a combination of flowing movement and restorative postures, accompanied with props, alignment and breath work. A gentle, fun, all level class-everyone welcome.

ADVANCED
Strong, dynamic workshop style class with arm balances, inversions, backbends & twists. Be prepared to keep a brisk pace and explore poses we don’t normally get to experience in a general class setting. Healthy knees, wrists and shoulders necessary… teacher consent required to participate in this class.

ALL LEVEL FLOW
A compassionate approach to flowing with the breath through sun salutations, standing, seated, supine and inverted postures. Building gradually allows newer and more advanced students the opportunity to go deeper or relax, honoring the body as needed. Everyone welcome. 

GENTLE RESTORE
A practice that uses slow movement, props and longer holds to stimulate and release body facia. The nature of this practice is meditative, asking us to slow down, turn in and shift from doing to being. 

RADIANT VINYASA
Dynamic sequencing combines breath and fluid movement to build strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration. Discover freedom and playfulness on the mat and in the full practice of life. Active all level class. 

NIDRA RESTORE
A trauma conscious class utilizing breathing, meditation, guided relaxation and gratitude practices along with restorative postures. A great class for decreasing stress and bringing the mind & body back into balance.

THERAPEUTIC
An Iyengar based class exploring supported postures and physical movements. A combination of stabilizing exercises and relaxation therapies, this is a great class for beginners, those injured or rehabilitating and senior students. 

YIN YOGA
A slowly paced class in which we explore connective tissue, releasing tension, and opening the energetic pathways. A great way to unwind and release at the end of the day.
