Class Descriptions
ADVANCED FLOW
Stronger level class incorporating arm balances, inversions, backbends & twists. A fun challenging exploration of advanced inspired sequences. A minimum of two years yoga experience is requested. Come join in and have fun!
ALL LEVEL FLOW
A compassionate approach to flowing with the breath through sun salutations, standing, seated, supine and inverted postures. Building gradually allows newer and more advanced students the opportunity to go deeper or relax, honoring the body as needed. Everyone welcome.
GENTLE RESTORE
A practice that uses slow movement, props and longer holds to stimulate and release body facia. The nature of this practice is meditative, asking us to slow down, turn in and shift from doing to being.
RADIANT VINYASA
Dynamic sequencing combines breath and fluid movement to build strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration. Discover freedom and playfulness on the mat and in the full practice of life. Active all level class.
ROPES & RESTORE
This class utilizes the Yoga Wall to explore anti-gravity and deeper opening with standing, hanging and supported postures, and includes floor based restorative poses.
THERAPEUTIC FLOW
An Iyengar based class exploring deeply supported postures and physical movements. Combined with stabilizing approaches and relaxation therapies this is a great class for beginners, those injured or recovering, and senior students.
YIN YOGA
A slowly paced class in which we explore connective tissue, releasing tension, and opening the energetic pathways. A great way to unwind and release at the end of the day.
