Astell, aka “Mom” has been practicing and teaching yoga for over forty years and was a massage and Reiki therapist for over twenty years. Her appreciation of holistic healing, mediation and massage therapy led her to the path of Acu-yoga, a combination of yoga postures and acupressure meridian activation.

Her greatest joy in life is sharing her love of yoga and health with others… and helping her daughter Carol.
