Sarah began her yoga journey while studying Visual Arts at the University of Southern California. What started as a way to relieve stress at school soon became a passion when she was introduced to Iyengar yoga. With frequent trips to Kauai after her parents bought a home in 2001, she fell in love with the simplicity and wild nature of Kauai. While on vacations during college, she was introduced to Metamorphose yoga and began taking Tulasi’s and Carol’s classes.
This pushed her to take her first 100-hour Iyengar yoga training program with Maty Ezraty in Los Angeles. In 2017, she decided to pursue her passion for yoga and join Carol for a 100-hour training program at Metamorphose to deepen her knowledge. She then traveled to Bali for her 200-hour training program at the Yoga Barn.
Sarah’s deep fondness for travel has woven her love to share and experience yoga in many places around the world. Her goal is to meet students where they are in the moment. With a foundation of slow integrity based movements she loves to teach all levels of students and enjoys bringing a bright smile to every class.
